Phy-si-cal-ly FIT!


What with New Year's resolutions, in January, there always seems to be a sudden influx of people eager to be fit.  And while I myself was prepared to ignore this trend, the universe seems to have decided it's something I should join in on--our stake presidency hosted a fireside last night with a theme of--you guessed it--personal fitness.  So here's my solution: a weekly workout schedule combined with weekly goals and tracking tools for the YW Personal Progress program and Book of Mormon reading.  Because skipping out on spiritual growth would be worse than skipping leg day:



So if any of y'all want to join in, here's the schedule:


*Workouts for this week are: CORE, Legs & Gluts, Arms & Abs, Shoulder & Inner Thigh.
*My personal goal for the week: learn to play two hymns (#30 & #193) on the piano well enough to accompany at church.
*If you want to be done with the Book of Mormon by the end of the semester, then you need to read Nephi 1-18 by next Monday.
*And for those of you wanting to finish YWPP, working on 2-3 "petals" each week will have you finishing about July/August.
